I can't wait for the olympics (part IV)

I'm pleased to hear that the Chinese are going to be putting their best foot forward this August, when the games begin;

Beijing citizens have been told not to pick their noses, yawn or scratch their heads when talking to foreigners during the Olympics......Ordinary people have also been given detailed instructions on how to talk to disabled people during the Paralympics. (Beijingers told to mind their manners)

Well obviously they wouldn't want Western journalists and visitors to see anything offensive.
